Overview of Syncing Contacts via Entra ID

Staffbase offers automatic contacts and groups sync using Microsoft Entra ID. You need to set up the integration in the Studio by connecting your Entra ID instance to Staffbase Email. Once the integration is set up, Staffbase synchronizes your contacts every 24 hours to ensure that your data remains current.

The daily sync is automatically triggered based on the timestamp of the initial synchronization. You can adjust the time of the recurring sync by triggering a manual sync. When you do this, the system uses the timestamp of the manual sync as the new daily sync time. For example, if you manually sync at 10:00 p.m., the next automatic sync will occur at 10:00 p.m. the following day.

Using the Entra ID integration you can sync contacts (incl. attributes) and groups and not Studio users.
