Overview of Workday Integration with Staffbase Email

The integration consists of two main steps:

This initial setup is required to sync contacts. Follow these steps in Workday:

1. Create an integration system user (ISU)
2. Add the ISU as a system user
3. Create a security group
4. Configure domain security policies
5. Create and configure a custom report
6. Share and transfer ownership of the report
