Preparing for integration in Workday
This initial setup is required to sync contacts. Follow these steps in Workday:
- Create an integration system user (ISU)
- Add the ISU as a system user
- Create a security group
- Configure domain security policies
- Activate pending security changes
- Create and configure a custom report
- Share the report
- Copy the report URL
- Transfer the ownership of the report
